Guarantee Policies
The warranty of all garments will be applicable for 5 days from the moment you receive the product. After this period, Blue Lingerie will not accept claims for any reason.
The product warranty covers quality defects of the garment, it does not cover mishandling, inappropriate use, or poor washing of the garments. Our Quality Control area will approve if the guarantee takes effect. If it is not possible to carry out the guarantee of the product, you will have the refund option.
Any claim for warranty, after the garment has been used, will be analyzed by our quality control area to determine if the claim proceeds. Our Customer Service Department will respond as soon as possible via email.
The garment(s) must be clean and in good presentation condition.
Blue Lingerie has a maximum response time of 15 days for warranty.
